01 How do I place an order?
Go appropriate gallery, then select the appropriate category, view the item of your choice. After you make a selection, pick your size and add to cart. Some items may be size 1-2 smaller than EURO/US sizes. After you have completed your selection, go to the cart in the top right corner of the screen. Proceed to check out.

02 How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed immediately, expect standard delivery within 5-7 days. However, some items maybe back-order so we will notify regarding possible delays via email. Express delivery is optional, there is an additional fee within 1-3 days.PLEASE NOTE Brand Name items take longer to process therefore most of these items are not available for express shipping. Any order with items of Chanel, Gucci, Versace, Balenciaga, Dolce & Gabbana and all other Brand Name items added to your order will take longer therefore, any order with paid Express Delivery Fee of $6.90 will not be refunded since it is noted in the description. We appreciate your understanding and support. We work hard to get quality items therefore shipping timeframe can be longer for these orders.
03 Can I return my item?
We accept returns for EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON RETURNS. We work hard to offer the best products we can find. We can assure you will be satisfied. Please email for the return address. Return Policy
04 What are the largest size available for brand name sneakers and heels such as Gucci, Christian Louboutin, Louis Vuitton, etc?
All sizes are listed for each shoe, but these sneakers are available in 45 Euro as the largest size, any shoes over a size 45 need to request custom order. 05 What number do I contact with questions concerning my order?

06 Does your clothing run smaller than normal?
It varies from item to item. Most items run regular sizes however, items with smaller fit will be noted in the detail description.
07 Can I be notified when items I like become available?
Yes, any sold out items may become available in the future, therefore it's important to subscribe to the newsletter to receive alerts on new arrivals and all other updates.
08 What do I need to do to return my items?
All returns must be in the original state and received within 7 days of delivery.** Customer is responsible to pay the shipping cost to return there items AND THIS AMOUNT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Shipping address can be provided via email.
09 Does the brand name items come with card, box and duster bags?
Yes, Many of the brand name items such as Gucci, LV, Versace etc, comes with the card, duster bag and box. Also, some items come with the actual receipt of purchase from the brand store with conversion dollar amount for the actual cost of the item.
Will I receive my order by Christmas?
As many know, this is a busy season for the courier services, therefore we can't guarantee delivery by Christmas for Orders placed on around December 7-24th. We will do our best to get these items processed and shipped as quickly as possible. As noted throughout the website, Brand name items take longer as these come from the manufacturer.

10 How do I become a Model?
Submit your photos to include (one headshot, one full body, one profile photo) to www.. Please send your model/talent resume for consideration. We are open to work with models who have little or no experience. All children models require minor agreement to be signed by the parent or guardian. If we feel you are what we are looking for you will be contacted with information.
10 How do I get featured in one J Victorian's Events?
All artist, designers, media, and sponsors wanting to join in any events hosted by J Victorian should go events tab and also submit request to Please state in the Subject Line the appropriate title of your request
11 What type of models are you looking for?
We are looking for men, women, children and plus women models. We strive to find the best people.
12 How often do you have casting calls?
We host casting calls throughout the year. All information concerning upcoming casting calls and events can be found on the events tab at the top of the screen.08 How much is the registration fee for modeling services?

Registration fees varies, once we receive your resume and photos, registration documents will be sent and payment will be expected at that time.
